I would just make one... Measure the dimensions of the PCB then cut some plexiglass and spray paint it... I did it and it turned out looking pretty nice!

There is really no big performance difference between push and pull on radiators. I've got mine in a pull configuration. I recommend pull because it's easier to clean dust out of the radiator.

Nice build! Love the s340. The problems you are having are most likely your hard drive... I would get an ssd
