Hey what kind of cables are you using? I would like to model my next build off of this. I superlike everything about this.
Still working awesomly
Jumped to 4.5 overclock- she still rums cool. Came up about 10c overall according to speedfan, but no issues after 4 hours of hard gaming like fully modded skyrim amd gta5
I brought it up from3.5 to 4.5. It can handle it
Psu is still kicking without issue
20 months and still going strong. That's almost 2 years now.
Yes. The front fan lights eventually gave out. I replaced the back one cause Me likes the glow :p
it doesnt have a window :(
Still holding as they where, and not recently. I'm very much not comfortable with risking my system too much.
lol Thanks alot!
Nope. I did not have to
Thank you very much!!
Masterful in both form and function. You should do this for a living lol
I adore this build.. It is very clean and neat. I like that. My Northwind's internal cabling isn't so neat compared to yours. I might need to redo it? lol
When i get the money i will look into it.. thanks for the advice
Roger that.. So far I have had no problems with it at all. Maybe I got lucky?
Well I had a little wiggle room but went with the best at the cheapest price I could find. But thank you very much!
Congrats! and i try to be as truthful as possible
A beautiful build :) Looks much more open for air and future proofing. You have my vote
lowered by about 7.3 degrees
Stuck with the higher temps... 2 hours of stress test under 4.3 ghz gave me more realist results with ambient room temp
interesting :) I might look at doing that
Apologies.... well everything else I bought straight from them.. so its about as accurate as it can get if someone wants to copy the build
I used three different programs aside from the amd over drive... Overdrive told me it was running at 50.. the others like everest, speedfan and HWmonitor stated it was much lower.. I went with the many instead of the one
thank you very much! and yes.. the 1333 was used from a previous computer to save costs. I have yet to update the cost for accuracy
the cpu cooler pulls air towards it. so i set it for the side case fan and top case fan to pull air towards the cpu cooler so it can draw cooler air from them.
okay. Will do when I get the time for accuracy.
and thank you!
my temp hasnt budged at all from 23C. i overclocked to 4.2 and it still didnt raise. It does well so far :)
but yeah.. 4 gig ddr3 was too expensive for me to drop money on.
I use the 1333 MHz because they where salvaged from an alienware a friend didnt have any use for. I got it above 4 with ease. I'm told i can touch 4.5 without issue
