CPU: I downgraded the CPU because you don't need a server grade processor in a workstation.

RAM: Gave you less RAM because even a regular gaming pc has 8GBs of RAM.

HDD: From what I have been told the Seagate Barracuda HDDs are great (I own one my self)

GPU: I looked up the software you were going to use and found it does not need a gaming GPU but it does need 4GBs of VRAM I pulled up a few $100 GPUs and look at what I found!

Case: Well a PC Case does not change speed but your I/O is on the top now and should be easier to get to.

PSU: Less power is needed now so I pulled up a lower power PSU and added in 80+ Bronze Certification.

Optical drive: So much money has been saved that I threw in a Blueray read and write to make you happier with your build.

Tell me what you think and if I should change anything, I would be happy to help.

When it's over tell us what it was like!

I would love to hear about it!

I have never been in a hurricane or tornado and I'm just a bit curious...

Also I'm going to agree with what someone else said download a movie to watch. It could get boring or be scary (But food, water, and a radio should be priority 1!).

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Is my build capable of recording???"

GPU acceration is when the gpu is used sort of like a cpu but the difference is the the speed can be 100x or more of the cpu.

And yes gpu acceleration is a setting (or encoder) in the link to the branch of OBS I gave you.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Is my build capable of recording???"

Yes but use gpu acceleration for the best quality!

Edit: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-branch-with-amd-vce-support.13996/

That should have NVidia gpu acceleration!

Camera: For my camera I have software auto targeting my face. unless you mean angle then I will see what I can do.

Watermarks: I don't like to think of them as watermarks but I you think so i'll see what I can do!

Fullscreen: Actually I forgot to put the game in full screen sorry but OBS Studio does not support targeting a Metroapp's window... (Edit:)So a notification can still popup.
