mine comes to $620 without the peripherals and OS, yours comes to $550. that $70 extra that i spent got me a better motherboard, power supply, case, and cpu cooler. if you notice, my cpu MAX temps are about equal to your IDLE temps; so the extra money was worth it.

if you don't know which way it flows: then definately check that out. make sure the cpu cooler shoots the air toward your exhaust. it will help a bit.
