the speed of your ram, anything above 1600mhz you wouldn't see and performance gain in anything but you already got it. The CPU cooler from what I read people were able to get better temps from a Hyper X 212 then your closed looped water cooler, I too was also look at it for my rig. As for comparison to a stock cooler its day and night. Sorry, sound like and a$$ but Your Brother is one luck person to have you as an brother. :D

From what I see there really nothing wrong with this parts list but your ram I'd see if your using a AMD APU vs CPU you'd see a performance gain but with the FX-6XXX 6-core CPU will see no gain. So, Save your self some money on the ram. Also the CPU cooler is crap if you look at many reviews it is worst the a Hyper x 212x air cooler has a cooler temp. How nice of you for thinking for your brother :D

Nice, but put you Video card in the top slot for max performance the bottom slot is PCi 2.0 and the top is PCi 3.0. A Pci 2.0 x16 is as fast as a Pci 3.0 x8, So, you are limiting you Gpu on game's :)

Great Job on you Computer Bra but move your OP Titan to the top PCI slot because the bottom slot is most of the time a 8x slot and the top is 16x for the fastest speeds. And Every one else STOP it for what hes does a Titan is need because CS6 only use's one GPU so a 690 is only running like a 680 in CS6.

Nice Build have fun gaming, As a side note I thought about getting two 7850's but one power card is better then two mid range cards. And as Jimmy said you can not over clock on you mother board you have choosen on your list, by any mean's did you have a different mother board in realy life and this on is a mistake. If not please return this one and get a full Z77 mobo like a Asus P8Z77 V-LX like mine which is only Cross fire is aloud. :)
