They are ek blocks and I just attached an led strip on the right side similar to how all the other blocks you see light up.
Hehe thanks a lot. I appreciate it. I'm actually getting kind of bored and want to do copper tubing with it.
Nice job! Are you going to decorate the room? Awesome tech looks out kind of out of place in there hehe
I've actually been away and waiting on one of my friends to help me out with that since I've never done something like that before.
Actually I prefer this chair than most computer chair out there. You would be surprised how much more comfortable a fitted chair. An aesthetically most computer desk chairs are hideous.
Didn't want any regrets later hehe
Hehe much appreciated
No there were no other lights on and it picked up the rgb really well. The only other thing I did was to turn up contrast or brightness in the picture settings.
Good that's part of the allure hehe
Thanks a lot, I did a lot of research along the way.
Actually there is another addition I want to make but I haven't figured out all the logistics yet
It's just an iphone 7 regular, don't know what camera it has.
hm yah maybe transparent
Yes water distribution block
Thanks a lot. Glad you enjoyed it that much hehe
Yah I figured out that I need two pumps to have enough force to fill the loop. I got the D5 cause I didn't want 2 pumps that looked the same plus the D5 pump is really only to fill the loop and is on low all the time. The 2 connecting reservoirs are more for aesthetics and symmetry.
The other side is actually my open closet with cloths and hanging scarves covering all the wires. I can still take a picture if you'd like.
I'm definitely doing custom waterways for the next time I ever do anything like this again.
Yes all true but that again was not what the intention was. This was a passion enthusiasts build even if it is my first one and meant to be a piece of art and not just another generic computer..
That was actually something I really thought about and didn't like about other builds that I saw. Hope you get a chance one day, one of the best things I've experienced and done in my life. Thank you
Heheh thanks a lot, glad someone appreciates it. I actually don't have a camera and just used my iphone. I was surprised as well how much it picked up. You can see on some pictures that a little fragmented.
Yes they worked themselves out no more bubbles, those were earlier pictures. I actually wish they could stay and always looked like that and didn't affect anything hehe. Looks so much cooler to me. Especially since I'm going for a modern laboratory look overall.
Actually I'm trying to figure out want to do for a mouse pad cause I want to show off the raw wood desk but don't want the mouse to rub into it over prolonged use and time.
Hehehe this is the best comment! Made me laugh so hard. And thanks a lot!
I know right! I like that it’s not just a one trick pony and you have options to change its aesthetics to suit your current style and the even if I decided to add colored fluid or whatever later, it would still look good.
Thanks a lot! That’s the reaction I hope to get from everybody hehe
You’ll definitely enjoy it guarenteed! And there so many videos and resources out there now that can teach you anything you don’t know. I also figured out some pretty good tips along the way that would help you whenever you do your next rig.
It’s actually just a reservoir for the secondary pump.
Thanks so much! The liquid part of it is a lot easier and less dire then you might think. I was worried about leaks at first too but after I got going I was actually really confident that there’s no way it would unless I forgot to tighten something. You should totally do it when you get a chance. I will take some more pictures when I get back and upload them.
I uploaded some, I should have documented it more but I didn’t think of it at the time.
Thanks a lot
I know...so hard to find those blocks.
