Also, you might want to see if airflow is your issue, rather than the card's cooler. Try playing with the side panel off and see if it improves. I never had temps that high; I only got the hybrid to fix my stupid fan ramping problem

I got it straight from EVGA. It was hard to get before, and now it's not even on their website. They only list hybrid kits for either the non-Ti 2080, or the custom PCB FTW cards. https://www.evga.com/products/ProductList.aspx?type=18&family=Cooling&chipset=GPU+HYBRID+Cooler

No problems with the motherboard. RGBFusion is a little wonky sometimes, though.

It's an aftermarket journal-bearing turbo that's good for up to 470hp. I wouldn't buy a pre-modded WRX, though, even if the turbo wasn't broken.

It's hard to say because the AIO makes a bit of nose on its own. But I don't hear any coil whine in my speakers or headphones. I specifically went with the gigabyte over an Asus for the better power delivery, so maybe that has something to do with it.
