Averages in the mid 50s to low 70s
there are peaks in the 80s but doesnt stay there
like 20 Degrees Celsius. Also if it helps, I posted a thread asking about the same problem on reddit and someone suggested that I take the side panel off, but the temps didnt change.
Uhh dont think so.. I just use the fans that came with the S340 + the CPU cooler
Idle temps are 45*C and I use MSI afterburner
Yeah I used the thermal paste that came with it, and I'm pretty sure its tightened properly, but I'll def check when I get home
Nope, never OCed. Stock speeds are consistent 90s when playing CSGO.
You know, I did move it to clean the other fans around it recently. Maybe I pushed the cpu fan accidentally and messed up the connection? You think I should just re-apply paste?
lmao ima leave it
Wow dude! I didn't know I asked for any sort of criticism of my PC! :D
Anyway, yeah It was black friday and I was on low budget so I bought the best deals. Also, I wasn't gonna wait for kabylake because I needed a PC
And yeah again, I was just asking for a Cooler suggestion, not your opinion on **** :)
Hey so I was kinda retarded and just learned like yesterday that my computer had a backspace and a delete key and i had been spamming the backspace key
What cooler do u have?
No i did not run a easy OC, but I am using the msi krait gaming x3.
When I turn xmp off it goes to normal temps (30-50)
But theres an option that says "GAME BOOST" And if you press it, that OCs it. Then theres the XMP button, which activates and sets xmp stuff up for you, which is the one i pressed
I never ran/activated Gameboost
How do I do that? With msi ez mode I just have to press 'enable xmp' and it goes to the 3200, Would I have to go to the normal bios OC part and just raise it? Do I have to mess w/ voltage?
Yeah, I think I'm gonna have to do that. I struggled putting the fan on which might have removed/spread it to much. What is good to remove the thermal paste?
If it does start getting to 80c what should I do? Reinstall the cpu fan?
But isnt high/mid 70s bad for it?
Yeah when I use the graph I get 40 degrees stable, but when playing csgo it would go up to 60 stable and then h1z1 it went to 75 so I just turned off xmp and now its back to 30 degrees idle , I dont know what to do :/ Should I not use xmp?
Now im getting 70 celcius in h1z1, I think ima just go disable xmp
Also im using the CRYORIG H7
where do I check it? I'm using MSI afterburner and it says cpu temp: and then a graph that keeps cchaning
During a csgo game though on average its 55-60 degrees
Also I was playing csgo and the max temp went up to 75 degrees, but the program im using (msi afterburner) said the max cpu usage i was at was 93%
Is there any way to make my cpu fans faster or just make my cpu cooler in general?
Alright I did it, thanks
Its now 40 degrees Celsius, is this normal? its my first pc build sorry if I sound stupid
It did post( my bad, didnt make that clear in original post) lol I have everything downloaded (Steam, chrome, games, spotify, photoshop, etc) So now I should enable xmp?
Nevermind, thankfully msi has a Fastboot thing that just lets me 'go2bios' by pressing the button, but the del key still isnt working
last bump until i buy
BUMP. LITTERALLY BUYING IT IN A FEW MINUTES
How about the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 WINDFORCE OC ?
I might be buying today, is the Krait gaming x3 good??
I changed the mobo to the msi kraitx3 bc im poor, still good?
Does anyone have a suggestion onto lower the price? I just realized I need to lower it atleast 50-100$ if i want to buy it this weekend :((
Cant pay that much but thanks
Ill try to find the money to get the samsung, thanks man appreciate it
This pc is already more than i wanna spend, but do u think the pny will be fine?
Cs, h1z1, overwatch, maybe some video editing here and there.. But honestly its not that overkill, cs isnt as easy to run as it used to be, especially when you play at a competitive level
please anyone? Any feedback?
Okay so I looked and theres really minimal/no drops for black friday? or am i reading it wrong
Thanks, also are there huge price drops usually? like 30-50% off? Or is it just a lower, but still nice, price drop?
Guys is there a big savings by buying on black friday/ cyber monday for computer parts? Or no
Could i get a gtx 1070+ i5 6600k if I raised the budget to 1.2-3k?
Did you even read the post??? He doesnt game he edits...
Youre replacing your proccesor with that, so that means you should just make a new build.
