Holy crap. The monitor costs well over $700 and it has a terrible backlight bleeding and a dead pixel? I would return and get a new one immediately if I were you.
can you please answer my question?
im pretty sure the sli connector for the water blocks was finished with frosting.
how did you remove it and make it look so clear and clean?
Wow 50's for both cpu and gpus? I must admit that I'm actually quite impressed by that monstrous rad of ek. How about those new ek vardar fans? I saw many reviewers saying that they are actually some performance fans but I would love to hear first person opinion regarding not only its cooling capacity but also acoustics, static pressure and so on.
And YES! The s frame from inwin is simply a true masterpiece for a computer case. Just gorgeous... but with a staggering price tag TT
Oh I have another questions. How many fitting did u use? Cuz u said u did a lot of bends instead of using those 90 degrees fittings or whatsoever. And how much did u spend on those if u don't mind sharing?
VERY NICE BUILD.
I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT INSTANTLY!!
anyways, how are the temperatures?
i mean 980 is not the hottest card in the world, but 3 of them and 140w tdp cpu and rams in a single loop
with only 360mm rad...
that would be quite a challenge to cool those suckers..
i know that u said GPU's hit about 50 degrees, then about the CPU?
what are the clock speeds for your gpu and cpu and even memory?
these are not opposition to your part choice, but just a mere question because i think imma do something similar to what you did
again kudos for your pc and thanks for sharing such magnificent pc and answering my questions XD
yes, the front fans are used to exhaust as you can see in the fifth picture.
But I would suggest him to flip those front fans to bring in the air because this will make the pressure inside the case positive, not attracting all the dusts inside.
If you look at his fan at back, it's flipped as well to bring the air in from the back.
This then brings in the fresh cool air from the back and he's using this air to cool his CPU.
"After 10 months of being in Afghanistan on deployment, I came home to find a cheating girlfriend. Dumped her, kicked her out and rebounded by spending 4K on a PC." = Thug Life (RIP)
I mean, hey, I'm not criticizing or anything.
Any build can be motif for any other build.
In fact, your build is awesome!!
I mean the CPU, RAM, and chipset cooling parts are quite complex...
But still an awesome build, brah.
Kudos, there!!
how does that AIO watercooler works? I mean, so many people use 240mm or 280mm coolers and this is my first time seeing 360mm cooler on ppp... So yeah... would be glad if you share your experience.
not really... rendering takes most benefit from multi-cores and multi-threads...
That's why many professionals are trying to get the latest i7 extreme edition, 5960X
yes powerful GPU is essential but i woulda gone for X99 chipset and CPU
well, i digress and i still love your build ;P
I was like this must have been posted at least a year ago, and when I check the date published, I was like this kid is just dumba**.... I mean I totally agree with you and I am sorry for the language, but man.... Yeah... this build is, to be honest, not a thoughtful and trashy build for the price...
