Nice build! I also have a very similar build with a different motherboard and cooler. Could you kindly let me know what CPU and GPU do you get in idle and under load?
Thanks a lot. Btw I was worried about the VRM temps of the Strix 970 because the heatsinks don't touch the VRMs directly. Hence, temps can reach 100 degrees Celsius or even more and that makes me very skeptical about the longevity of beloved Strix 970. How hot does the VRMs on yours get?
Thanks a lot for the detailed reply. Would appreciate very much if you could give me the exact settings for the OC, if possible with screenshots, at your free time. I'm planning to build my rig with pretty much the same components as you, hence it'd be very helpful. Cheers! :)
Yeah I too was skeptical about the MSI because of missing backplate. The Gigabyte G1 Gaming was my favorite with triple fans and highest OC Headroom but it may get bent and some units have loud coil whine.
Btw could you kindly gimme the exact settings for the Strix OC. Did you use Asus GPU Tweak?
Nice build. May I know why have opted for the Noctua fans for front intake instead of the stock ones?
Btw any particular reason why you chose the Strix GTX 970 over that of MSI and Gigabyte?
Must look amazing with the Corsair Fans. So have you removed the front dust filter too?
Hi! Did you also paint the mounting kit for the Corsair H100i? Also are you facing any problems with the ventilation of the H440?
Thanks. Btw I was considering between H100i, H100i GTX and CM Nepton 240M. Some users said mounting the H100i is difficult, is it so?
Nice build. Btw how's the air flow in the case? Any concerns since the vents are small?
Thanks for the clarification. Btw are you satisfied with the stock fans? I've seen some users of the case use Static Pressure Fans for intake like, Noctua and Cougar.
Btw I was considering an option. Since the top fans can be set as exhaust and we've restricted air flow from the front, we not set the rear fan as intake? Worth a test?
Hi! I like the H440 Case a lot but was skeptical about the ventilation since there are small spaces for air intake which could choke the fans. Have you faced any problems so far?
Thanks for the reply. I really like the aesthetics of the case and it's one of the few cases with complete steel build. I have a single GPU, the Asus Strix GTX 970 coupled with Core i7 4790k. Do it think it'll be a problem since the fans of the GPU doesn't kick in until temp reaches 68 degrees Celsius?
Hi! Your build looks awesome. I really like the NZXT H440 Case a lot but was skeptical about the ventilation since there are small spaces for air intake which could choke the fans. Have you faced any problems so far?
The H440 is a killer case and I too was skeptical about the ventilation. What has been your experience over the past few months?
Ah okay. On another note, what's the average room temperature at your place? Also, are you using dust filters for the top?
Hi! I was planning for the exact same build. Just as I like the H440 Case, I was worried about the ventilation since it's got small spaces for air intake. It's particularly important since the fans of the Asus Strix GTX 970 don't kick in until the temp is about 68 degrees Celsius.
So have you had any problems so far?
Can you please give links to the dust filters you've installed on the top? Pictures would be helpful too.
Did you use Acrylic Spray Paint?
Hello. The build is awesome. May I please know where did you get the white cables and the cable combs for a more neat look?
