Thank you again. I believe I did not express myself correctly. I do have the controller that is why I purchased the package of 3 (which brings the controller and the adapter for RGB to work). In fact I went a step further and got the commander pro:

http://www.corsair.com/en-us/corsair-commander-pro

My questions are as follows:

If I do not connect the fan to the header provided by the GPU, will it create any conflicts or complication? If I am understanding you correctly, you are telling me that it is actually better if I connect it to the motherboard because it will let me control it. Now bare with me, if my logic serves me right I can in fact connect it to the commander pro directly and it would work fine....

Thank you again for all the help

Thank you for the fast reply, the info and the offer. However, I have an extra Corsair RGB fan that I do not know what to do with because it only comes in package of three in other for you to get the RGB controller (yeah I know that sucks COSAIR!). So I was thinking about replacing the radiator fan on my EVGA hybrid with this fan so it can be in unison with the other fans.

This the specific fan that I have extra and was planning to swap

Thank you again... I'll just connect to any fan port on the Motherboard

I have a question if you don't mind answering... You changed the stock fan that came with the hybrid card to one with lights... did you have any problems with it? Because the fan I want to change it with has 4 pins and the connection to the GPU has a two pin connector... Can you give me any advice on that please

thank you in advance :)

Awesome build but why didn't you go fully modular on the power supply? 128 in ram That quite frankly is bad *** (just to have it )

I believe it just clicks.. sorry for the slow reply ... I don't remember it being difficult. It had to be plug and play type of thing. I hope that helps

My newest setup is super similar !! Instead I put the GPU fan/radiator on the back and put two corsair white fans on top. I will upload pictures and send you the link :)

rookie mistake, had an old computer and put the 950 to play old 360 games graphic like games , until my wife introduced to this world and whooped me into shape. If i knew any better I would have gone for 970 at least. However, the 950 is not half bad its holding its own with the Witcher 3 ( not full setting but some mid to high between 50-60 fps)

thanks ... it was a bit expensive to put the exact same 200 mm 4th fan (25 dollars). The reason behind was so it would be compatible with the case. So I can use the case controllers for all 4 (200 MM) fans. :)
