Can't say since I don't have PUBG, but I've been playing Tomb Raider (2013) on ultra or high texture details and settings and still clocking 60fps. That should be a good indicator it could handle PUBG well for medium settings.

Sorry about this really late reply! Yeah I'm using an Ethernet cable but was considering getting a wifi component for a while. I didn't go through with it, but I believe it'll work with it. You'll use the PCI express slot on the motherboard if I'm not mistaken.
