I do not know how you distributed the price for these parts, but I do not think that you need 16gb of RAM and a 650-watt power supply for this build.

I have the vg248qe, and I absolutely love it. Got it for 120 dollars, absolute bargain. I think the best thing about the Dell monitor is the bezels. Do i think it is worth almost 400 dollars? No, but it is a very good monitor. I would try and find a better deal. There is one for the Alienware AW2518Hf 240hz Monitor on sale (41%). I think that one is good for your money.

although the kraken cooler is better for the CPU, the AMD stock heatsink just looks way cooler with it, not gonna lie
