Also that is just a tv monitor I had so I did not have to worry about buying another one which was pushing my money limit. I will probably upgrade soon though to a curved monitor I have been looking at.
I'll check that out thanks!
Honestly it would be nice to have one and I will eventually get one later in the future. Thanks for commenting :)
8 gigs was my budget at the time but I plan to upgrade to 16 plus add a water cpu cooler too. Thanks for checkin it out :)
Also sadly my motherboard will not support 3 fans at once so I had to take the stock fan that came with the case out.
That does make sense I will switch them around, thanks for letting me know that!
Yes that is a car in my case lol. It is my favorite car and luckily it went well with my color scheme (Blue, Black, White). Thanks for the +1!
Do you think all the non refernce cards will be 300 and over? If so that makes me sad cause I planned on paying 200 to 250 for one.
I'm gonna be doing a build with 6600k and build it before getting a gpu as well. Gonna save up for the 1070 later on! Glad I found this build... +1 for u sir
Yup I saw some benchmarks on the 1080 today but im waitin for more info on the 1070
Alright good cause I just see some people with like 1000 watts when they have just a 980ti so I didn't know if they were overkilling or I needed to be that high for the 1070.
btw what do you think of my build and I read your profile and I like that info about every part in a pc you would need. Very informative for newbies. :)
I haven't done it in a while but I have been training more by lifting weights and stuff to get that extra upper body strength for some of the crazy stuff in parkour. But lets just say I could get away from someone very easily by taking roofs or sketchy walls. Thats basically my skill level.
Nah I just really used to be into parkour so I stuck with it lol
Hey so I have one more question... do you think the 650 watt psu is good enough for a 1070?
What? If your talking about my age im 16
yeah sorry lol I did not look hard enough. I changed the ram now to the 2400 and it cost less! So yeah thanks for the help...
Alright nice! and I saw that other ram that was ddr4 cost like 20 dollars more
Well the founder's edition will be 450 but I am waiting for something like EVGA to make there version of the 1070. I know it will be a little while but I am buying the GPU last. Thanks for the comments though! :)
Hey thanks for commenting and the h60 is basically more for looks... I will go with the h100 later down the road when I overclock.
I didnt mean I was gonna buy the 970 than switch to the 1070. I was gonna go with a 970 but I will wait for the 1070 because it will be worth the performance. 1070 will cost 370... Nvidia said so at the presentation of the 1080 and 1070
Well is my ram I have now okay still? Like better than ddr3 thats all I care about and I want it in the 30 dollar price range. I know the h60 isnt as good but I am honestly not gonna overclock until years down the road probably... h60 is basically for looks as well as decent cooling. I will get the h100 probably later down the road.
idk it all the sudden closed when I was editing it so I made a new one... :/
Alright how about now? I do not think the gold on the mobo should change my color scheme of blue either so I think I am good! Thanks for the help man and im trusting you on your opinion!
What do you think about the build now? It does cost a little more but I am willing to do it because I trust this community... http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WymZBm
Yeah I might but there are like no reviews on this website about mobo that is compatible with the 6600k
Have one with like a 100 dollar price range mobo? haha sorry
yeah when my friend saw I was getting DDR3 he almost threw up lol. But I just do not know what MOBO to get
I might go with EVGA's G2 Unit...
That CPU is not compatible with my motherboard that I want... Could you recommend a mobo that has a black and blue theme?
Well its gonna take me a while to buy the whole build so the 1070 should will be out by the time I buy a GPU and im okay with DDR3 because DDR4 just seems too expensive for me when I am only working a part time job at foodlion haha. What PSU do you recommend though I am willing to go a little higher for the PSU if it will help me in the end.
I may sound like kinda a noob but what is skylake and what will it do for me that is better than what I already have? Thanks for looking at my build btw
Thanks for checking it out! Yeah I can't believe it will beat the Titanx in performance. I heard Nvidia finally found a break through to make these video cards so cheap in price!
thanks man! Yeah my keyboard and mouse literally just came in today! Got a new job and should be able to get all the parts by mid summer or so. You should give me your steam name so we can eventually play something together if you want. Its gonna be a while though haha
Very nice man.... I am also sixteen and saving up for a nice build to do over the summer. You can check it out if you like! :) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pddsbv I wish I could spend 2000 dollars on a build but mine will be just over 1000 dollars and thats fine with me.
