The tinted panel is great! Keeps the RGB brightness subtle enough to withstand all day!

Honestly, I picked the 8700K because it fit my budget. Music production uses a good amount of threads depending on how complex your project gets. As it gets more complex, there is also the need for all the sounds to be able to playback altogether. It all adds up, but yeah I am sure the 8700K is overkill as I have never maxed it out on a project. I mainly wanted to build a PC that would last at least 5 years because who knows what crazy advancements in music, gaming, or new ventures could require.

After you set all the settings up the x62, you don't have to run CAM anymore. I did the same thing for my x61 and never launched it again (also uncheck start on windows boot). Or are you using CAM for a certain reason?
