On the edge of my gaming chair :))
this is nuts, the array of gpu's in there is insane, now watercool the gpu's for the most insane rig on this site!
my bad dude
bad title, ok build
could you explain what the pump combo looking item is the center of the bottom does? Such a clean and functional pc. Good job buddy +1
uhhhhhhhhhh!, so nice +1
Never seen a cpu block used on a gpu before, clearly making waves in pc building right here. Very nice build :)
If youre willing to sell your old 1080 when you buy a 2080 ill be happy to buy it for a good price :) Im currently running a r9 380 and things are dire even at 1080p 144hz
About 2 years since they were released. Best fans imo
I just play wii sports resort on mine on the weekend :P
Im interested to know how you installed the original GPU backplate on after having installed the kraken g12. In my zotac 2080ti, the backplate didnt have any obvious way to connect back on without the original heatsink. Also in which orientation did you move the pump bracket on the
gpu dye so that the tubes coming off arent under great tension. Thanks, very nice build btw. +1
we've done it boys, we have ended racism.
im not a gnelf, im not a gnoblin, im a gnome! and you've been GNOMED!
at least it performs well
Appreciate it and good luck!
No issues, luckily this card wasn't affected by the 'first batch' artefact problem. If you buy a 2080ti now, then you will most likely not be in danger of getting a damaged card.
Glad to hear it man, have fun
my old 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid
my old 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid
damn, my r9 380 card should be in a museum.
Next step for ultimate silence, water cool that GPU with a NZXT g12 and corsair h55. Recently did this to a system with a 2080ti. It is nerve racking first time taking apart a GPU. But the results are insane. 40 degrees under full load and no louder than idle under full load.
This build was for my friend, he will have more experience with the monitor than me, although I can talk from the perspective from when we used the pc after have built it, with his 240hz monitor there. I was surprised to see that the monitor was advertised as TN since I thought the colour representation was close to that of a IPS panel. This was in comparison to my asus 144hz TN monitor. I have spent a while trying to modify the colours of my TN panel to look acceptable with IC profiles and everything. The Alienware monitor seemed to have great looking colour out of the box, and i doubt you would have any issues with the colour on this monitor. Very impressive for a TN panel. Must be one of the best out there.
nice pc man, sweet overall, if i was going for a budget build atm i would go for this exact config. +rep
the red lights make it hotter, infra red lamps u know
this guys is a noctua rep for sure
alot of these parts are out of stock because of the holidays, luckily when this was built everything was only just about to go out of stock :)
the ol internet bamboozle
oh, i heard everyone online calling the 2000 series ryzen 2, and then the upcoming 3000 series ryzen 3. My bad. I know that AMD themselves called the 2000 series Ryzen+, so it is both i guess :P
I remember this setup from your shift build, such great craftsmanship put into all your builds dude. Especially like your double samsung monitor setup, quite impressive.
he is on ryzen 2 :)
NEW CHEAPEST THREADRIPPER CPU BUILD ON PCPP, VIEWERS FLOOD TO COMMENTS IN SUPPORT

'The new 2800 ti' get it now.
Step 1: Rotate 180 degrees
Step 2: Finished
sex appeal 10/10
Great build and name especially. Cables deliver current to the system. The current is the rate of FLOW of charge. Nice man, guessing you like physics.
a fellow Michael reeves internet buddy spotted. Nice dude. Sick build also
make sure your ram is in the correct slots, normally 1 and 3 or 2 and 4, havent seen 2 and 3 before.
more pics of the pc?
That ek threadripper block is stunning, centre piece of the build for sure
Rog Gene is the most underrated motherboard imo. mATX being my favourite size, this is heaven.
