Seems to have stopped now i think but it was inaudible with the panels on either way. Thanks, but its safe it can just be annoying?
oh damn sorry forgot to link haha im editing it
its all on the partlist
are brown natural coffee filters ok? I just found them in the house and cant find any white on amazon uk. These are similiar to what i have maybe even the exact ones https://www.amazon.co.uk/Filtropa-Unbleached-Natural-Coffee-Filter/dp/B000YJEQMK/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=coffee+filters&qid=1581447241&sr=8-5.
lol thanks alot
so my linked amazon alcohol will be good?
ok so i dont need any other cloth just a coffee filter?
lol thanks but its my first removal just wanna be safe.
Thanks it is 90% though. Ive seen people use coffee filters are they say its the best thing. Is any lint free cloth good aswell?
Thanks alot for the help :)
sorry i forgot to mention i need black cables. Im trying to find that set in black though now ive seen it.
Edit - Just realized these are 2 seperate cables right? So one cable is a 6 pin and the other is an 8 pin and theyre seperate? Will this work? If so i have found a great kit already i just thought they cables had to be joined and only go into one port on the PSU like the default cable i have that comes with my psu but i want better looking cables thats why im getting extensions for the bit you can actually see.
This is what i saw but thought it wouldent work - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Antec-Supply-Sleeved-Extension-Length/dp/B07C6D55HR/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=antec%2BPSU%2Bcables&qid=1581179465&sr=8-1&th=1
Thanks ill be getting the kraken x72 then. Ive seen the arcticlean and can get it easily. The kraken coolers come with pre applied thermal paste my kraken x62 did and the x72 will too so i only need to remove paste. I thought you cant use microfiber cloths because of the lint? Also if your still trying to choose what case to get i do highly recommend the H500M its amazing in build quality and looks but will obviously tell you how it is once ive actually built in it.
hey i got the h500m and i love it and it fits well. Im getting the kraken x72 unless there is a better AIO you could recommend? I want it to look cool like the kraken though and i have personal experience with the kraken series thats why i chose it. Other than that can you link anything good to clean thermal paste with? Its going to be my first removal so i want something simple and easy. I know you can buy alcohol but i would prefer something specifically for thermal paste cleaning like wipes but cant seem to find anything good. Thanks for everything so far though :).
ok thanks. The fan noise doesent bother me to be honest its the radiator hum is all. Its not a constant hum currently which is why its annoying and thats with a solid panel so im not sure yet.
Thanks think im gonna buy it tommorow and itll arrive saturday ill just send it back if im not happy with it to be honest but im hoping its good. Do you mean you have the h500m? If so can you tell me if the mesh affects the noise of the pc. Is it loud? My main issue with my current case is the radiator hum and thats with a solid panel so im not sure how bad its going to be with a mesh panel
do you know where i can find any cables for the seasonic 650w gold psu? Cant find any
Thanks alot :)
Just to ask though. I realized how big the h500m actually is. Is 4 - 5 inches of space between the rear of the case and the wall enough for heat dissapation and everything ? Theres another 2 inches of accoustic foam infront of the wall aswell so its like 2 - 3 inches? Not actually near touching but its a small gap.
Hey, i was wondering with this amount of fans, will there be enough headers with the h500m? my current 2 fan radiator only uses one header so i presume its the same for the 3 fan radiator considering both are krakens from NZXT. But with the 3 exhaust and 2 intake fans will there be enough slots? My motherboard is the asrock z370 extreme4 if that helps but i think the h500m comes with a fan controller with multiple header inputs right? If there isnt enough slots can you tell me what i need to buy?
Thanks. my gpu is an open style card (MSI Gaming x series) so exhaust its important aswell as intake but aslong as theres not going to be too much positive or negative pressure im good. Im going to try to find 2 140mm fans the same one as the rear fan. Thanks for all the help so far : )
ok so it doesent really matter what fans they are at the top so coolermaster 140s are fine? Im thinking 2 coolermaster 140s at the top and the default one at the back with the radiator at front. Will this be equal pressure?
Am i ok to buy the same fans as the rear ones. So the coolermaster 140mm fans 2 at the top and 1 at the rear or are they not very good? I just want the same fans at rear and top is all for looks.
Hey. Thanks i wanted to do the config this way aswell but alot of people were saying that push pull in this way would reduce airflow to the radiator when compared to just the x72 but im probably going to stay this way now after what you said. Also im most likely buying the same 2 200mm fans to mount on the top as exhaust. Is this ok or will it unblanace the flow with too much exhaust? So basically 2 / 3 smaller exhaust fans or 2 large 200mm fans the exact same ones at the front. Thanks for the help so far : )
thanks yea i have other razer products so would prefer to stay razer. So its not too loud? I understand it may be heard over my mic but do you think it will be a major issue?
Yea i have a 2TB hdd which i just store random videos and stuff of just so i dont fill up my SSD. i would go with both.
That has a ton of different parts on it, i said i am just changing the case and cooler i have had my pc for over a year its an upgrade.
yea same ive never had it happen before. Graphics card has been perfect with no issues so im thinking a reading error or something because i dont see how it can jump 40 degrees c in a second on skyrim haha
i just ran skyrim for an hour or so playing it and no problems. I think it may have been a temp reading error.
yep all fans seem to work gpu fans go from 0 to 100 well and u dont think any other fans were affected. I did a basic windows virus scan and it looks fine ( i dont have any malware / virus protector other than default windows defender ) and those no history of any virus threats. Ive never had a virus on this pc before and i regulary wipe clean all my disks once every 6 months or so anyway. My computer is working fine im going to try run skyrim again with task manager.
oh no the way you have it setup is best overall. Having it as exhaust allows much more air to get in via intake but higher cpu temps. As i said my gpu is open style and my overall temps are good with my current intake radiator so i prefer having the radiator on the front as intake for cooler cpu temps but that raises the rest of the cases temps at the same time.
i forgot about even commenting lol but i think im setting by aio as intake as i prefer cooler cpu temps over gpu temps because by graphics card is an open style model so it dissapates heat alot better and then buying 2 200mm fans the same that come with the h500m for top exhaust lol
if you look youd see its 8503w
thankyou but found a solution where i dont need an extension anymore
found this would this work ok as an extension to the lead?
do you know what power cable i can use with it? or an extension
Ok thankyou just wanted to make sure even a cheap one wouldent do anything
No latency At All?
What You Want
Enough Storage? Hahah
ok Thankyou i usually have radiator fans running close to performance mode and then i would have the 200mm as high as i can go depending on noise but i hear 200mm fans are rather quiet so they might be on close to max. I wear headphones so it doesent bother me
so should i keep the 200mm fans for aestetics? I dont care aslong as its not decreasing airflow. I have seen alot of people say push pull lowers airflow in some cases but this guy i talked to changed my mind a bit. So if i keep them it wont degrade any airflow at all but just wont increase it?
looks like a good build, the only thing i would say you could change is the case but you already have it and its a decent case anyway. Also are you using the stock amd cooler as i dont see a cooler listed.
I was just saying i dont see the need unless your overclocking. Water cooling other than AIO'S are quite expensive and require maintenance. If you want to go for it though lol.
sorry didnt see lol
