Thanks. I realize a lot of the parts there are pretty amateur choices, but as I said I'm pretty knew at this. I will change that down to an aircooler and lower ram. I was planning on waiting out the parts because we haven't ordered any of them yet. Thanks and I appreciate all the help. +1
Thanks, I had always wondered what that did. +1
You should be safe with getting 500W or 550W. You might want to keep your current one if you plan on Crossfiring or having SLI. But since you're on a budget, you would be safe with getting a smaller one.
It seems that the i5-6500 has the Intel HD Graphics 530 integrated. You should be able to run it without the graphics card for now. If you're going to be waiting for a month to buy a graphics card, you might as well wait until the new Geforce cards come out. The 980s and current Nvidia card's price should drop quite a bit.
Liked the build. Well balanced for your budget. I would recommend putting an SSD in. You have the budget space. I would say about 512GB. Otherwise good build and can't wait to see it!
I like the idea of a "budget" gaming monitor. Also could you make versions that support FreeSync and one for GSync?
