I logged on just in time for this lol.
Yeah just use the standard fan brackets.
Should be on their website.
I use a bent PCIe bracket to hold it up.
It's not RGB, it's a thermaltake blue Riing 12 fan.
I need to make a custom loop, this is almost exactly how I'd do it :p
New ones should come with AM4 brackets, although Cryorig will send you one for free if it doesn't.
Did you get it back on?
oh god dammit
I have the same CPU, motherboard, memory (almost), and a GTX 1080 (Zotac AMP Extreme)
This should be featured imo. Builds that take more effort deserve it.
Nice, I'd like to see that once it's finished.
AND THE SAME COOLER
I haven't seen someone else with a 380/X card on here since last year :p
+1 for the name
That's what I was going to say.
A ThermalTake Riing 120.
Just put Windows into sleep mode, and then wake it up.
I don't know why that works but it does, I'd love a BIOS update to disable it permanently though.
Not bad, although I'd route some of the cables behind the motherboard tray for better airflow and looks.
Otherwise that's awesome that you're getting into PC gaming that early. I built my first rig when I was around 12 so you've got me beat.
The one he got was completely fine, $40 more for the same core GPU is a ripoff.
UPDATE: MSI has beta BIOS versions that fix the RAM issues.
If you buy one now, it should come with one. Although if you've owned it for a while (like me) you can request a free upgrade kit.
Thanks for the tip! I'll try that later today.
lol, why not implosivetech here though?
Dude vacuous means:
having or showing a lack of thought or intelligence; mindless.
do your cable management
What voltage is your CPU at?
If he doesn't care about the warranty, he could also paint the logo by taking the card apart.
Nice build, why the aero cards though?
I'm not saying they're bad, I'm just asking.
You go over my head.
Yeah, although faster RAM doesn't impact performance much anyway.
Nice carbon fiber wraps, and that GTX 1080 is beautiful.
They're cablemod RGB LEDs btw
The black/silver version
I love this case, I use it too :D
Damn that looks awesome!
Did you have to replace the thermal paste on the GPUs or not? I'm doing this with an R9 390 soon.
I just somehow find you randomly, you're just... everywhere :p
I've seen you three times now, first on Google+, then on LTT Forums, now here.
+1 because that painted GPU
This is the coolest PC I have ever seen, the way the reservoirs are on the outside looks amazing.
I might do that, I'm not at home right now. The temps are the same as they were before, just don't put them on components crucial for cooling.
I'm pretty sure all the sellers there are certified because you can't create posts there. Anyway my point is he way overpaid for this build. The three SSDs, sound card, overkill power supply, and the $400 motherboard are the things that are bringing up the price.
That is crazy! I need to do this with my old laptop.
I have the mATX version of that case, it's great.
Overkill power supply, could've got Windows for $20 on Reddit...
You could've gotten a GTX 1080/1070 and an i5/i7 for this price but enjoy your rig anyway!
