Insane build man I love it! If my blood was a little more rich I would SLI. I'm doing some major upgrades to my Corsair Air 740 build. Pictures should be up in mid July. I'm going to put up a new post with the new parts, Spectrum 2.0. Again man awesome build, I'm very jealous.

Legit build man I love it! I'm working on my custom loop as well. My build page is a little outdated. I believe by late July my loop and build will be finished up. I love working in the 740! Again sweet build man!

So I finally decided to look into muting my LED strips and what I'm going to try is put one strip on the top and one on the bottom. The lips at the top and bottom are much larger than the ones on the left and right side. They are also covered by the black strip on the top and bottom when the window is closed. This will make for a much cleaner look as well as not being able to see the LED strip and have it be so bright and sharp.

Hey man sorry my phone updated and didn't send me a notification that you posted up. I would suggest getting the 24" strips and then cutting them at the designated areas to make them the custom length you need. Also I had to drill two holes in the case in order to have it fit perfectly. If I had them in the grate holes that were part of the case then it would be tilted or rubbing up against the graphics card to hard. Moving it out about a 1/4 of an inch makes it fit perfectly and also is very close to the window without it touching.

Nice build man! I really like the fans! I plan on adding two white rads to my build and 5 ML120s White LEDs and 3 ML-140s White LEDs. It should look SWEET! oh also a GPU block.

Great build! I'm looking to build something similar I just need to pick up another rad and GPU Block. How do you like the Corsair ML series fans? I'm thinking about upgrading all my fans in my rig to them all running on PWM. I guess running these DC is bad for the motor.

Nice build man I really like it. How do you like the Corsair ML series? I want to pick up enough to fill my case all running off PWM due to running them off DC isn't suggested. Is the paint effecting the heat on the VRAM at all? I was thinking about painting mine matte black.

Thank you! In July I hope to be cooling the GPU as well as making a few upgrades to the loop. I'll be sure to post them up when it's finished.

A little poll. If I was to paint the grates of the 740 what color should I do? I was thinking white that way down the road if I change the color of my liquid it will always match

I did get the 240 then when I was upgrading to clear tubing and the resevoir the CPU block cracked because of the acrylic. I purchased the EKWB EVO block (nickel/acetal) from there I said well mine as well get an upgraded pump and install it on the end of the predator. Well I ordered a Bitpower heatsink because of where it would be located. Well when the swiftech DDC 3.2 MCP35x I realized well let me take the propeller out of the predator and essentially just make it a rad till I pick up a standalone rad. Lots of learning on liquid cooling its my first go at it and I'll never go back. When I do the GPU block I'm going to also purchase a EKWB 240 and 360 SE with three EK Vadar fans. That should complete my loop. I love liquid cooling now, I'm sold for life lol. I just got surgery but once I'm able I'll be OCing my CPU and GPU !
