i really just got it so the build would look better. also, i used to have dual reference r9 290x's and i wasn't gonna buy a lower wattage psu just for this build.
MOAR PICSSSSS. plz you have a beautiful build <3
you should really shorten that run that almost touches the gpu
it pisses me off how perfect this build looks -_- but i'm not an *** +1
theres really only one thing i can say. GOD DAMN THAT IS SEXY. THE CASE, THE CARDS. GOD. DAMN. that is all.
iv'e never seen that case before, but i must say, it looks pretty nice. it also fits the name really well c:
no, like i genuinely love the name. it gave me a good laugh XD
oh my god you got some good deals
awesome job with painting the case. i thought that nzxt actually made the h440 in those colors for a sec. c;
i'm gonna go ahead and say no. an r9 290x and intel core i7 4790 cant run minecraft shaders at 60 fps. (minecraft is not optimized very well) at least not on 8.1. you'd probably get close to 30-45 on 1.7.2.
i'm upvoting your build just because of the name (not that i wouldn't if it didn't have that name) +1 also nice build
that case is probably the best looking small form factor case, especially in white. awesome +1
the red led case fans go so well with the msi color scheme! good job.
thanks!! i'll be painting it as soon as possible, and will also take some pics and put them on my build page http://pcpartpicker.com/b/3NFdnQ . im trying to implement as much white as possible, so hopefully it'll look awesome. i really appreciate you responding so quickly!
yeah, on second thought, the air coming out the back as exhaust would be a lot warmer than the fresh cold air coming from the vents in the front.
thanks, ill be looking out for those new pics!
there are two in the second to last picture..
you have inspired me to paint the tubing on my h105. anything i should know before i do it? or is it just not a good idea at all? ill wait for your response before painting (unless it takes forever) also, which paint did you use, i.e. plastidip, regular spraypaint, etc.
you should mount the rad on the back, where the exhaust fan is right now. it would look really nice
those pics are amazing 0_0 how did you take the pics with the white background? did you just have like a white cloth or sheet of paper behind it? or did you use an image editing software or something?
great build except for the gpu. if you built this all at once, why did you skimp so much on the gpu? unless you knew that you could afford something like a 970 later and were planning to upgrade. anyway, this build has amazing potential. update the list and add more pics when you get your new gpu. im excited to see what you do with it C:
next upgrade i'll get an ssd, happy?
i think 15 seconds to boot is awesome, and i have not yet seen a regular pc with an ssd that boots in 3.7-5 seconds.
i deleted my comment because i misunderstood who a reply was directed to XD anyways, thanks.
i honestly do not feel the need for an ssd. i just timed how long it takes to boot up my pc, and it takes 15 seconds which is completely ok in my eyes. also i do not really care about how long it takes to open up or load some games because it only takes about 3 seconds tops.the keyboard has standard sized keys and yes it is very comfortable.
our builds look almost identical -_- this is why i want a new case, because everyone and their mother seems to have it. here is a link http://pcpartpicker.com/b/3NFdnQ
thanks!! updated pics are coming soon (within a month). i just ordered 3 bitfenix spectre 120m led fans, i have a new keyboard, and my motherboard should be coming back from its RMA soon.
when i ordered the first one, i meant to buy a double dissipation model, but i accidentally bought a reference model and i would hate to buy two different gpu's.
i know, but i just don't mess with cpu overclocking.
