I would love to set up a water cooled system but the thing is I live in the tropics and its really really dusty here. I have to take the system totally apart every 2 months or so and clean up the dust with a blower, esp the rads and I just cannot see me doing that with a water cooled system.

Its the only real "Gaming" headset I have got so I cannot compare. I use it for FPS games and its really good. It is wireless so no wires and has 7.1 surround sound so its really immersive. Good for watching movies as well but not that great for music.

I am no expert but I really prefer the Acer over the Dell for gaming. Like the comment below, if you can get the Dell cheap I would suggest it but if you can afford it I would suggest the Acer. In my opinion the build and aesthetics (if you prefer the :gaming" type) are superior and the colours are so much nicer on the Acer. I really had to fiddle the settings on the Dell. Plus the Acer can be OC'd to 165Hz if like me you have an SLI setup though I really cannot notice any difference between 144hz and 165hz. They are both great monitors for FPS games but I prefer the IPS panel more then the TN for colour and vibrancy

Well it is a bit of a budget build apart from the 1080 SLI :p When you factor in the dual monitors and useless "Gaming" peripherals, budget flies right out the window...

This is awesome. With all those fans, I bet you can keep things really quiet running the at low RPM and still getting good air flow. I also use the Tt ring fans and I got 4 of 140mm's and 1 120mm at the back. I'm using an Air 540 and really thinking of getting this case. I really like the idea of the hinged front panel. Before this I had the corsair 400C and then the Phanteks evolve atx glass (which, like you I gave up on due to high temp retention) and the one thing I really missed on the Air 540 was the hinged door. So convenient. Build looks awesome. Enjoy

Nicely done. You have my +1. I had the Phanteks ATX glass as well (still have it actually, nicely packed up in the box) in which I set up an EVGA 1080 hybrid sli. I had set up both GPU rads to exhaust at the front and had problems with temps staying high at 52 to 50 C. The aluminium plate at the front retained all the exhausted heat and the rads just could not perform. I had to remove the front panel when gaming to keep temps low. Finally switched to a corsair AIR 540 and now load temps stay between 46 to 52. I wonder if you are experiencing any of this....

Incredible. Great choice of components. You have my +1 I would of really liked to see those components in a windowed case (just my thought) and perhaps some sweet lighting... I also noticed (like someone else has already pointed out) that you rad fans are set to exhaust.Perhaps if you switched them to intake, they would serve the double purpose of blowing some cool air on your GPU's since you are not going to overclock your CPU.... I would love to see some benchmark results on the 1070 SLI setup. I'm running an EVGA 1080 FE SLI setup with Acer Predator 1440p 27" @ 165Hz refresh are but think of going 4K. Only thing holding me back is the 60Hz refresh rate as I play mostly FPS games. Hope you really enjoyed building your PC. Its addicting and you'll never want to stop upgrading it!

Fantastic build. That MSI 1080 is really pretty to look at as well. Now all you need to do is get a 1440p monitor!!! One thing though (and this is purely my opinion) I would of gone for a better SSD rather than 32gb of ram as 16gb is enough but from an aesthetic point of view, 4 occupied slots look better than 2. Enjoy :)

Thermaltake Riing fans would look awesome and they do the cooling job well too. They come in different colours so you can match it up with your scheme. The corsair ML series look pretty awesome too but I have no personal experience with them plus they are pretty expensive right now at $ 27 a piece

+1 very nicely done its a shame there's no decent way to route the corsair coolers USB cable huh? Even I have a corsair H100i v2 but not using it yet. I'm really interested in those corsair ML fans. With an open case like that how is the sound?

I have had the Corsair 400C and overall I was very happy with it. The only 2 nitpicks I had were the PSU shroud was a real bummer to get on with a atx board. It comes in 2 pieces and the part that covers the PSU is easy enough to put in but the second piece that covers the PSU cables is really had to fix on. The other thing is the back offers limited space for cables and it can be a bit of a squeeze to put in on. Other than that its a great case for showing off your hardware and I really liked the fact that the front cover of the case is hinged and can be opened easily anytime.

hi, What kind of temps are you getting on the hybrids. I noticed the way you have oriented the fans on the gpu rads as intake. Does that not pull a lot of hot air into the case and aslo your cpu rad is exhausting this hot out of the case? Just for your info, I have EVGA 1080 FE in SLI and i'm getting 21891 on firestrike which is below your score. +1

oh no, you have put your case upside down!! jk. great build +1 Just curious, what kind of benchmark scores are you getting on Heaven, Valley, fire strike ultra... Just want to compare cos I have EVGA 1080 FE in SLI with ribbon SLI bridge(no HB bridge yet). I'm getting; Firestrike - 21891 Firestrike Extreme - 15701 Time Spy - 10033 Heaven score - 3014

Have a blast with your fantastic build.

I have both the NZXT Kraken Z61 and the Corsair H100i v2. My ram is the g.skill TridentZ series which are red and grey and I also have a pair of Corsair LPX with the red heatsinks. With my current case (Corsair 400C) I cannot mount either of the rads on top as they touch the rm heat sinks on boy g.skills and corsair ram. My problem is the I have 2 gtx 1080 hybrids in SLI so I got a total of 3 rads in the case and it looks like a right red hot mess in there and i'm hoping with the Enthoo glass i can get a better job done. Thanks for the help cheers and once again, your pictures are amazing!!!

My Enthoo glass is in the mail and should arrive by thursday and I have a question if you dont mind. Do you think the Corsair rad will fit up top or would the ram sticks restrict the rad and fans?

I have the same case and I would like to make a suggestion if you dont mind... I would move the corsair cooler to the top of the front panel and mount both fans on the radiator as intake. This was you would keep the cpu cool and blow air over the gpu. Put 2 fans as exhaust on the top and 1 at the rear. You have good components and can make an excellent build. As for the power supply, I think its ok for now. I am running EVGA 1080 FE in SLI on a corsair RM850x. Good luck

Very nice clean build +1 I was also undecided about going for 1080 or 1070 SLI, coming from a 980 ti. I finally went with EVGA 1080 FE SLI and i'm getting 10033 on Time Spy, 21891 on Fire Strike and 15701 on Fire Strike extreme. Still waiting for HB SLI bridge to go on stock. Not decided if I want the evga or nVidia bridge but from the forums I see most people saying the nVidia bridge is better build quality wise. Good luck with your great build.
