I'm p sure 50C is ok for your CPU You should just start worrying if it gets to like 80-90c but it is your preference...

Your PC should shut down if the temps get too hot but I doubt they'll get much higher than temps you've already recorded as long as you don't add extra voltage...

It's not the change in frequency it's the increase in tdp 65(?)W for the locked 95(?)W for the unlocked. Don't know how much difference that will make but every little helps I guess...

As stated in the description the submitter is trying to keep noise to a minimum. So having no fan on psu eliminates that source of noise and having lower tdp components like the 6700 means less heat output so fans can run slower.
