The stock cooler should do fine, and 8 GB should do well as long as the video files are not too big, This more reasonable for 60fps 4k gaming for a 1k budget.

I would suggest a 1tb hard drive just for bulk storage because I know how hard it is just to work only with 120 gb and game? It's hard.
