Nice build, it isn't far off from what I recently built. If your gpu price is accurate, I'm kind of surprised by how much your gpu cost (unless different country). I got a used rx 580 8gb for $130 which trades punches with the 1060 in performance. With how much that card costed you could've gotten an rtx 2060 for that price in the US.
The 2600 comes with the wraith stealth cooler. This is below the 57-58mm max height clearance for the node 202. If you buy the higher TDP AMD processors, those come with the wraith spire which has fitment issues in this case (at least prior to modding them). Only thing I did after installing was unscrewing/screwing back in 4 screws for the fan shroud to rotate the AMD logo rightside up.
Please tell me you pulled off the protective plastic off of the front usb panel XD.
Seconded, SLI isn't that great for most games since it's generally not supported or has greatly diminished returns overall. In addition, from my experience even the regular 1070 is capable of pushing 1440p at respectable frames so two 1070 ti's seems pretty overkill for a non 144hz run of the mill 1080p monitor. If you have two 1070 ti's I'd advise a monitor upgrade. Otherwise, nice job on your build.
Cool build, I'm finishing up a similar build in the node 202 based on the ryzen 5 2600 with the same graphics card. Out of curiosity where did you source the cryorig c7? I can't seem to find one anywhere in stock and there's no news on why cryorig products seem so hard to obtain now.
