Phanteks has a lighting strip that u can buy that hooks up to your case. To control it there is a button that cycles through the colors.

Her main use would be gaming. With her PC as it currently is she tries to play games like Skyrim, Rise of the Tomb rider, the witcher 3 and 2, Bioshock, she also wants to get into Battlefield 1. I want her to have a PC that we won't need to touch for at least 3- 5 years. My PC is getting older but i threw a 1070 in there and that gave me the ability to run 1440p. Sorry I'm going off topic. The main reason i want to give her ryzen is because of the higher low FPS it gives compared to Intels i5 lineup if you know what I'm trying to say. Not to mention that here in the U.S. it costs 10 buck cheaper than the i5 7600k and offers similar performance.

Awesome Build! I am planning on building My sister a PC, She is still stuck in a single core Sempron and a 6670, and I was wondering, would you recommend this build for Her? https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Fork_and_Spoon/saved/gYsWZL

Because this is a newer platform, I am a little hesitant to buy these parts immediately so I wanted to see what a person with Ryzen thinks.

Yea you're right as his build currently is, but the lower wattage is gonna bite when you upgrade, you might get some part that Draws more power. Or you might get a part that you can OC with, having that extra head room is very nice to have.

I'd say get a newer Water cooler or a Beefy air cooler, like an X62 cooler or a Noctua NH-D15S. Since you know, getting those temps..... Unless you have upgraded.

STOP IT WITH THE HYPER 212s, Those are are for the lower priced overclockable CPUs. IF you want to get more hertz out of your CPU go with something better ( possibly a water cooler ) I'm begging all who are reading this and use a hyper 212 and an i7 or newer i5, STOP.

Dear god STOP using Hyper 212s, you can get sooo much more overclocking with a 30-50 dollar Cooler. If you want a new cooler aside from the stock one, get a cryorig H7, but Jesus christ, sorry about my rant, nice build.
