It's not connecting quite right into the motherboard. I always had this problem but i kinda made it work. But when i switched the CPU cooler it wouldn't power the MOBO at all.

Do I need to also get thermal paste? I know a lot of people don't trust the thermal paste that co,eps on the bottom of the CPU cooler. I also don't even know if either of those come with it pre applied.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Coming from consoles...to PC...First time build"

This is about the best I could come up with for $800. If you want a video card you'll have to go cheaper on some things. That said, I wouldn't go cheaper on the things that are harder to replace (Such as Motherboard, Case) I kept with a black and red theme. I did manage to find a nice looking case. You could build this and it will work for games such as Counter Strike and Minecraft. But upgrade to a $120 GPU when you find the money.

Sorry i couldn't do more for you. :P

This looks great. It will get you ultra with high FPS on any MMO you play. There's not too much you could really change to make it better. I have no idea how much you'd save on Black Friday/Cyber Monday because you might find a great deal thats sold out so it's just iffy on wether you'll find the parts you need.
