Yeah, not much you can do about it though, besides just spending more money on a prettier cooler... I don't mind them tho
Yes, although I think it is also a hot card, want do you recommend doing? Getting 2 fans from Arctic as intakes? Can you explain further and link the fans?
Also, I think I would add that it's quite hot in Australia, like 24°C at the moment and its Autumn. Probably was like 26°C when I got the 90°C, but yeah still super hot.
The PC is extremely loud under load like a decent video game, I can't* figure out if it the Noctua fans at the back, the stock Corsair fans at the front or the GPU?
Gigabyte make SSDs???
This is a GPU I bought close to 2.5 years ago, for $590 Australian dollars...
Where did you get $2000 bucks from? send a link! ahah
He does (haha) thanks for the comment! :D
Love this build! Also, where did you get the AIO from? Can't seem to find any aussie retailers that have it... :/
Is getting an RX Vega 56 a good idea so I can run Free sync or not? Or i the Nvidia cards so much better that free sync doesn't matter. I can get a vega 56 for $50 less than a GTX 1070 Ti...
Card like the RX 480 or RX 470 which is equal to the Gtx 1060 and GTX 1050 Ti.
Just be careful as your powerful isn't the best on the power supply tier list and its only 430w.
so the G4560 will be good with the RX 480?
You could wait for the new Ryzen chips to properly come out like r7 1700x (it is already out but there arent too many motherboards and stuff).
You dont NEED to buy thermal compound the cpu cooler comes with it pre-installed.
Depending on what the system is for I would try and squeeze in a GTX 1080 it would go better with the i7 7700k then the GTX 1070
Im guessing your going to overclock with a cpu cooler like that.
I have the same question but for Australia where a G4560 is 75$aud and the i3-7100 is 153$aud a huge price difference. Gonna get the cheapest RX 480 and 2x4gb. Will I bottleneck anything? Is better to cough up to the i3 or even the i5-7400 which is 250$aud or i5-7500 270$aud
And motherboards are expensive and I don't have a skylale chip on hand to upgrade the 100 series motherboard for Kaby Lake.
Want to keep the build as cheap as possible with the best frames. Sub 900aud
I've done this and nothing changed. More help would be appreciated thank you
+1 awesome build that looks so cool withe beefy cpu cooler and that sexy graphics card.
Look : http://www.tomshardware.com/news/asus-rog-z170-motherboards,29751.html
Im pretty sure that the Asus Hero does have RGB lighting that's what i heard on like linustechtips or paulshardware
Yes you do need a Wireless Card. Get a 20-40$ Card from Tp-Link or D-link or asus. Just check the reviews before buying. Get at least two or even three antennas. I would go PCI for the best and your motherboard has lots of PCI lots.
I have my birthday soon and my family doesn't want to give me money.
I live in austrlia so the deals might not be that good.
Who needs a 390X for a server come on .
I will be doing medium gaming, Cinema 4d, Photoshop, After effects, Premiere pro and school work (including office 2013)
I will probably get a GTX 970 and only 16GBs of ram but yeah
How are those monitors ?
Yes some else that lives in australia.
Yeah ok so the Pentium is a good cpu
Well is the Noctua Cpu cooler i stated above good enough for a 4.7 GHz overclock on the G3258
I would like really like to overclock. And i will be gaming/school work more than the intense workloads like cimema 4d and after effects
I going to overclock
There are no xeon at 80$ in australia at least
Im building this pc for meduim gaming, cinema 4d,photoshop,school work(office 2013), Premiere Pro and After effects.
Budget really low
In australia i can buy it already YIPY !!
Look at the Z170 Motherboards :::: http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Motherboards/Intel%20Socket%201151
What about AMD Fx-6300/8300 With the Asrock 970 micro atx board
What 80mm fans are they ?
Oh nice build love that case
But what should i do i the end
Asus GRYPHON Z97 ?? for 4460
Then do i need a Z97 Motherboard ?
But I'm coming from an Intel i5-4300U 1.9GHz 2 core (on my surface pro 3)
Im going to use a GTX 970 Turbo White
+1 for the shopping cart :)
Yeah i agree
What thermal paste should i get, i live in australia
Oh the Storage on the surface is SAMSUNG MZMTE128HMGR
Could i get a 960 ?
Yeah i am going to be overclocking Im pretty sure
Thanks it wasnt to late
Can you tell me what 970s will fit this case?
And I was thinking of buying the gigabyte 970 does it fit well cause someone told me it wouldn't fit.
It looks like an Aquariam.
Nice build 1+
Can you explain how you got that i7 plz
And how does and it work and so on?
Can I get a i7 or an i5 for that price.
I live in Australia
And love the build Mini its 1+
Better photos please
1+ for the part list and red theme
P.S Nice build and you stuck to the theme of blue.
I would have gotten an i3 4170 or Pentium G3258 and a better graphics card like the GTX 960
Really nice build. You should definitely get a Corsair H100i or H100i GTX or NZXT Kraken X61 cpu cooler
You should get a Asus Turbo 970/960 in white to go with the build.
