Yeah i feel you. Its just that i see so many people posting rigs but "my gpu hasnt arrived yet" etc. Kinda frustrating. But if its an upgrade path then its all good by me.
The difference for streaming is not minute because streaming uses the cpu to encode the incoming stream. If the cpu is hyperthreaded and he has some extra horse power he can push better video quality at lower bit rates which makes it less taxing on the internet of the streamer and viewer.
This is especially imperative when streaming a cpu intensive game so as to not have any dropped frame issues. (See hitman or skyrim)
That being said no need to be a ****, cam bro. Atleast you apologized.
As for the "know for a fact bit" that lies in my streaming experience. Twitch caps you off at around 3mbps (bits not bytes) and that is barely enough to stream an ok 720p with a low compression... Besides the viewer needs fast internet.
With a strong compression 2mbps are enough for an ok 1080p stream.
Not trying to wave an epeen just want to settle a dispute if possible, because those downvotes might reflect the tone of the message not the actual information contained in it.
Usually one big one during summer and a medium one in winter.
If you want cheap games check out the following:
Steamtrades - since steam games go on sale all the time people stockpile them and later sell them at prices close to sale.
Ex: Metro 2033 is like 20 usd. It was once pretty much free. You can find it on steamtrades for like 2 usd, or trade for a very cheap game. But watch out for scams.
Humblebundle
They do bundles from time to time for howevermuch you want to pay. You can get games valued at over 300 for one dll. (Although its for a good cause and you should not skimp)
Cheapshark.
Cheapshark lists deals and compares them through websites.
Ye. Not as much as if it was in consecutives but ye.
For 2 reasons.
One of which i dont know how to explain, but you know how if you have 2 sata ports that go straight to the chipset your hdd still goes on one of them? Like one is a better choice? Same deal.
The other is cpu heat... 2 & 4 are farther from the socket.
