This computer was built 2 years ago :p 780 wasn't out. Also I only bought 2 SSD's. The third one i got for free.

Go with the ACX [Evga version] Get the one with the highest clock. It's quiet, overclockable and come close to the titan. Read the maximum pc review

Try this build http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Bartmanicus/saved/2nIn I think it might be better for his needs. It uses a future-proof CPU, reliable part's and has an SSD. The things he will notice most is CPU speed and Read speeds, so this build is strong in those categories. It only runs integrated graphics but the new Haswell graphics are plenty powerful for what he will be doing. Plus it's in the oh so pretty 200r

EDIT: I chose the motherboard and ram because they are both very reliable, a broken computer isn't a computer at all!

If you are not waiting till the next gen of amd cards, I'd get the 7990 A's it can easily do multi screen gaming and is the better performing card
