From the description:
Was planning on the RTX 2070, but decided to just go with the 1070 and upgrade when the 2nd gen RTX (or whatever they call it) come out as I don't game all that much nowadays. And thermal is also part of the concern.
Thanks for the confirmation, Radox-0.
Congratulations! This is aweome.
Ebay sale a while back. 100 dollars off.
I bought an evga 1080ti for 560 same day.
As long as it runs a dos emulator Id be fine
I agree though they did not answer me on that and I failed to follow up. The 2080 might still be on my horizon though.
I had asked them three questions.
First was why I couldnt access the step up option.
Second, why I couldnt access the extended warranty.
And thirdly, what amount I would be credited for if I did step up to a 2080.
LIke I said, no progress made on that last part, sorry. Although if I find out Ill post up.
I think 650 as it was ebay that gave the discount, not evga. I will try to ask when they get back to me about my extended warranty and step up for mine.
Or sqeezing in an 8700k.

Nope, just wanted an EVGA and it's three year warranty.
Nice. I grabbed an EVGA 1080 ti for 560. Ill be good for a while now too. :)
Still an EVGA 1080ti new for 560...thats pretty good still.
Real good price eligible for step up if the rtx is better than expected...
Once the deal was advertised on ebay it was on. Lots of deals still...
560.99 evga store 1080 ti
going out of stock fast!!!!
DONT MISS OUT, HOFDL'S.
No thanks? ebay is 15 percent off sitewide right now.
Minimum purchase $25. Any transaction. Used works too it seems.
Max one time use. Can be used with multiple items on one order. Max of 100 off.
No real estate or gift cards.
Fair enough. I thought you were talking used. My bad.
I call bogus. It wasnt new, or it didn't exist.
The link I gave is the cheapest buy it now 1080 on ebay, new.
Its 399.99 plus 18.48 shipping.
The link you gave had five 1080's, but they sold out right away. Its no longer available.
While there has been some sales here and there--$526 1080 ti, $296 1070 ti, and your 1080's above, the going rate for 1080s seem to be $429-$479, or around $450. Not $350...
Still waiting for 1080's to be at $350, and ti at $550, OR evga hybrid 1080 to be $450, or an evga hybrid 1080ti ftw3 to be $600-650.
Looks like a long wait still.
I dont see any 1080's at that price. I filtered for buy it now, new, and typed gtx 1080. I saw one for around 400 plus 15 shipping, and a bunch for 429. Do you have a link?
Also a 1070 for 296: https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce-Compact-Graphics-ZT-P10700G-10M/dp/B01LLAJ8PU
1200 is too much even if it did more than promised.
Right on. Thanks for the heads up.
Nice Title. You're right about the color. My 97 Wrangler has the same color. True Lapis was an expensive choice back in the day thats for sure. Ahhh civilization...
Anyway, nice PC.
I have a question about the cables. Did you order a kit, or did you pick that pattern?
How fast is the 3600 ddr4? did you get up to 3600? Thanks.
maybe those are different cables..but the listed psu? fully modular, could be possible. Could have bought it used and recieved those as well. could be a few reasons. Its nice though.
Why do people by ipods?
PSU. Thanks for the update.
I would up the watts and go gold. At LEAST 500-600 or more. Fully moduar PSU's will have cords too, just not connected ones, that way you can use what you need and have less clutter. But yeah if you dont mind saving money you dont have to get modular.
Great animated movie. Oh wait...nice pc.
Yeah I was also interested in the variable 4K not really the 60hz
But here a reviewer says his corsair vengence does not fit without losing a fan, which he ditched to make it fit.
Another said his Gskills ripjaw sticks fit.
Maybe your ram will not fit unless you adjust the cooler fan, or maybe youll have to remove the cooler fan, or pick different ram.
You could look up the ripjaw height and use it as a base and crosscheck the ram you want to see.
Looks to me like it will fit.
I dont like the 450 watt bronze psu. Other than that looks pretty good..
You can click on any Card (or item) and see an interactive price chart as well.
If I had to choose on that list (you don't have to obviously)I would take the DELL, ASUS, or the AOC, but Im not familiar with the other brands listed.
Sorting for 144hz or more, 1440p, 5ms or less, $450 or less and 27 inches. I didnt sort for 24.
Only two are IPS panels:Nixeus NX-EDG27(S) but Ive never heard of them.
The Dell is a TN panel, but seems to get a lot of bites...
He only wanted to narrow down the choices he already made...I did that. I made a suggestion outside of that as well. I apologize.
I had narrowed his choices down to 144hz. That should have helped a little....jeez man.
Of your choices, only two are 144hz, both the Acers..
The GN246hl is worse by far than the xf240h:
It has no sub pixels, no IPS, no speakers, no swivel, no portrait mode....
This site agrees:
And they recommend this Xb TN panel over the two you listed, it's still under your max of 300.
good luck. Lots of choices at 300.
Well done. Cheers from Minneapolis.
