The case was only $48, and it has a full tempered glass side panel, PSU shroud, magnetic dust filters, open interior, and looks great. The metal is thick and I found no sharp edges while working.
For this budget price you're sacrificing some of the finer things (no rubber grommets, only one installed fan, no included RGB, etc) but I was okay with that.
The case was a little hard to build in. My main complaint is that even though there's a spot for an optical drive, I found it was too tight a squeeze for my liking, and therefore did not include the optical drive in my case. (The back of the drive was butting right up against pins on the motherboard).
There could be more room for cable management on the opposite side, but if you squeeze everything in and tie everything down, you'll get it done.
Be sure to plug in all the proper cords you'll need onto your PSU (if it's modular) BEFORE placing the PSU in the shroud, because there's no way you'll get those cords plugged into the power supply once it's put in place. This will make any future upgrades requiring a new cord problematic, but I'll deal with it if the day ever comes.
My chosen PSU came with velcro straps, which helped a lot with cable management, as this case only provides a few small zip ties.
Overall, I'd recommend this case on the price and look alone. It's higher quality than you might expect, but noticeably not a $100 case, if only for the lack of frills. The final build looks beautiful, and temps are staying nice and low with ample air flow.

The case looks really nice and you can't complain too much about a tempered glass case at this price. The cable management was a bit difficult, but I managed to get all the extra/loose cables all tucked away. There are plenty of spots on the back to attach zip ties. I shoved all of my extra/loose cables into the HDD bay, which is empty because I am only using an SSD right now. If I need to add an HDD into my PC in the future, I'll have to deal with that.
The motherboard covers up one of the holes in the top left corner of the case. I had my MOBO screwed in and everything and I realized I could no longer use this hole for routing cables (and I really needed to put the CPU power cable through this hole to help my cable management OCD). So I had to unscrew the MOBO and do that, which was annoying but overall not a big deal.
The air flow is decent. I added 2 intake fans at the front and 3 blowers on the top/back. My system temperature usually sits around 26-30 (room temp is 22).

Amazing value. PSU shroud, decent cable routing, USB 3.0 on the front panel, and a tempered glass window, for under $50 shipped. I wish it had standard PCI slot covers rather than punch outs, but that's understandable at this price point, as is the lack of cable grommets. Cable cut outs are functional, but not ideally placed for the 24 pin cable. HD audio cable was difficult to route to the board as it is all the way in the back of the case. Front panel connectors for Power/Reset/LEDs were almost flush with the shroud. Plug these in before mounting the board if you can.

This case is outstanding for the price but has some issues. The main one being that there is not enough room lengthwise so my GPU almost hits my 240 rad in the front. Another con is that the HDD bays are not removable. Another thing is that the cable management holes are in the wrong spots for good cable management. The best thing about this case is the price.

Great case with a tempered glass side panel. Plenty of air flow throughout the case. Only gripe is that cable management can be tight with the openings not as wide. So I recommend at least a semi modular PSU. The package delivered had plenty of padding inside the box. Overall for the price you get a pretty good quality case.

Does not come with enough fans to provide airflow but with fans has great airflow, has great build quality and a good quality glass window. Buy your own fans.

This case is insultingly underrated. It's dirt cheap, is aesthetically pleasing with the hexagons and mesh on top and front, has great air flow, a huge tempered glass window for only $5 more than the acrylic model, a PSU shroud, 5 USBs in front, an external bay, and decent cable management. I looked at far more expensive cases, but this one had everything I wanted all-around.

Beautiful tempered glass, a PSU shroud, dust filters, and plenty of room in a mid-tower case for under $40 was a no-brainer. Manual wasn't super clear, and screws were unsorted, but it works great and I love the look. UPDATE: I've brought it down to 4 stars as the screws on the glass panel strip very easily and one is completely unusable. Overall nice case, but the construction is not 5-star.

The Cougar case was very simplistic. There were no crazy aesthetics about it. Nothing screaming GAMING or FAST. Cable management is great with the punch-out right panel and the PSU shroud is also great. I only wish that it had more HDD bays as 2 seems that it would fill up fast. The front dust pannel is also difficult to remove and i wish they went with a magnetic solution instead of tabs.
