Very cheap psu with black cables - not ketchup and mustard!

Does its job very well in my ITX build.

Mine is the 450w version, but since I couldn't find it here, I chose the 430w to illustrate. The PSU seems very well made, and from my research, this PSU and others from the same line are based on the older Pro series, which were awesome PSUs. Add to that that the cables are all black (except the 24 pin one) and that the PSU looks pretty nice, and you've got an awesome piece of hardware.

Great PSU for the price, or at least i was when I bought it. Doesn't seem to be available anymore but if you find it great - it's Seasonic inside so good quality. Fan is almost always quiet, only getting loud after 45 minutes or more or gaming - and I'm using it as a the only dedicated exhaust. I also used the back side as a mount for my fan controller.

As far as I know, this is a rebranded Seasonic unit, so quality is in check. I've bought one XFX PSU in the past and no problems with that.

XFX didn't list this on their website though, they only list a slightly different looking 450W unit. They're probably going through some product line updating or whatever, but it would still be nice to be able to browse legacy units, especially when they were moved to legacy status probably just a couple weeks ago.

This was the second cheapest unit from XFX, the XT 400W unit being the cheaper one. The XT unit isn't as high quality according to the Internet Wizards, and the price difference was only under 1€ so whatever. :)

I feared that the PSU would be too big to fit into the case easily, but it fits alright. Cables have just enough room to fit in the case comfortably.

I also liked the packaging. The PSU came in a relatively plain cardboard packaging, but it was sturdy and well made. Looked rather casual and not branded and labeled to hell.

A modular PSU would fit a small case like this better, but it's too much to ask for at this price point I'm afraid. It doesn't bother me too much though, since I'm using almost every cable this PSU has.

    Pros: Cheap, Seasonic, quite quiet

Cons: Not modular, no power cord included
