Best bang for buck among the X570 motherboads while still maintaining performance with basic features. VRMs are solid for this mobo per GamersNexus and HardwareUnboxed testing - great value. You don't need all the extra fancy add-ons unless you're hardcore overclocking or running an extreme setup i.e. top of line, threadripper. PCIe 4.0 compatible: future proofing, faster game loading times, and transferring large files faster. My main concern was having to flash the bios if I went with a b450 mobo or anything lower. Also, the included wifi works like a charm-no issues! Make sure to update to the latest bios from the manufacturer, Asus

Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS ATX AM4 Initially had planned to use a Gigabyte Master or Asrock Taichi. Decided to use this board and forego the more premium features and bigger VRM's to save on cost. I hope I do not regret this in the future. The board feels sturdy. A large metal backplate is included. The only RBG illuminated area is on the lower right side. Installation of parts was uncomplicated. I have not used the BIOS extensively.

Good basic mother board. XMP worked fine and got my ram running at advertised speeds. Two m.2 slots is great, use the slot closest to CPU for OS drive. Has a strip of RGB lighting on the board (Bottom Right), as well as 2 RGB light strip headers and one aRGB header. Way more than enough sata ports. Only quirk with the mobo is the x570 heat sink / fan location, it sits right under the GPU. But that appears to be a x570 mobo thing, see that on a few other boards. Could use a few more USB ports on the back of the mobo, ran out with an Oculus Rift CV1 setup, but at this price point can't have everything.

Honestly can't go wrong with this motherboard. It has all the features and even a bit of rgb on it but thats basically every motherboard. Has 4 lights toward the top right kind of that show if a part is not working. In my situation my gpu second bios is a bit glitched and have to do a few steps to boot and the vga light shows when I saw this the first time so yeah very good motherboard for the price.

I used an Asus motherboard in my first build, and after 9 years, it's still going strong! So for the $ amount of this board, I felt like I couldn't go wrong with it. I chose not to go with the WIFI only because where my desk is located, it's a direct hook up to my router, so save $$ and use that $$ elsewhere!
