Traded my old PS4 headset for my friends G230's. Great Trade. Nothing Special but the mic quality is decent and they do what they need to.

The microphone is bendy to position it, It straitens out right after bending it and you need to hold it to your mouth or people can't hear you.
It's not easy to play an FPS game while holding your Mic to your mouth. Even if the Mic was good, I needed to wear a Hat with this or it gave me a headache, They're not comfortable on the top of your head. -Ear Pads are ok.
Only part that's left is the in-line volume adjuster, If you bump it, It makes all sorts of Static noise.
Headphones are very important to enjoy Gaming, I won't cheap out again.

Sounds great, has a surprisingly extended range, and has a decent mic.

I actually think these leave a LOT of room for improvement. The mic is overly sensitive to ambient noises but at the same time doesn't pick up my voice well and I frequently have to use PTT to prevent feedback/echo.

These headphones are a great deal, they also sound REALLY good. I doubt they're audiophile quality however I personally couldn't care less. The mic is really quiet, however I just use an external mic anyways so it doesn't bother me. It should be noted that the curve of the pad on the top of the headband is a little to wide for my head so it puts extra weight on a smaller point which resulted in it being uncorfortable for long sessions at first, however after about 4 months of use it's since shaped up and is a lot more comfortable. All in all for the $30 I payed i'd say it was a good purchase.

Again, sticking with the color scheme. This headset's mic is adequate enough for gaming, but I wouldn't recommend doing voiceovers with this. The sound quality of the mic is decent at best. The red cable is also sleeved and is long enough for me to walk to the fridge while still wearing it. (Oh, I should probably mention I'm literally right next to the kitchen, so don't think the cable is 50 ft or anything.) I could do with a stereo to USB adapter, but apparently that only comes with the G430 version. I have to buy the adapter separately.
