corsair, and a 7 yr warranty. was also on sale. Seemed a great choice. easy to work with. Gold rated is a good feeling.

The power supply was easy to install, cables are all black, and it just works. Not much else to say really.

Great for the low demand of the system I built, and has a lot of deals available every few weeks.

Quiet and the cords are long, came with 7 year warranty so it should be good.

Semi-Modular was nice, only had to connect the cables I needed. Wish the Sata power cables were more flexible and came with one that was not an L on the end. Was a bit tricky plugging in the cable to my SSD. Got it on a $20 rebate sale.

I wanted Gold certification for the energy efficiency. I did not want to cheap out on the PSU just to save a few bucks now, since the cost of energy will make up for the price in the long run. This was one of the cheaper Gold Certified PSU's and I knew I didn't need fully modular since semi only included the power cable anyway. Highly recommend.
