Works great with no issues at all! Gigabyte has been given a hard time in the past, but in my opinion this card is great! The cooling is pretty much the best of the best as far as aircooled goes the heat pipes are indeed copper, and Gigabyte actually cools the memory too (others do not) and they are now using the metal back plate to absorb the heat as well ( do not touch when hot ) lol But if you place a big old Be Quiet! Fan smack in the middle of the case blowing on the top of the GPU card then it helps cool even more so.

Overall this is a really nice GPU but its hit or miss. Well in my case it was a miss because I got it with probably bad thermal paste or something because it running at 90c and throttling with junction temps of 110c. I used the auto under volt feature that adrenaline 2020 has and it cooled it down enough to stop the throttling but its around the same temps. Other than that the fans are pretty quiet and stock fan curve is a bit low. I cranked them up a bit so they're kinda audible but enough to cool the gpu so im happy. Don't run them at max or your desk will literally vibrate and your mom calls you saying what is going on. I dont know how long its gonna last but I don't really care as i'm gonna upgrade to rdna 2 gpus when they release so I dont have to worry for too long.

Looks fantastic! Been running APEX and PUBG with no issues. Idles at 56C with 0 fan speed, games around 65-70C at around 1800rpm. I was worried after reading about all the driver issues and crashes, but I have not experienced any hiccups thus far. Noise levels are entirely acceptable to my novice ear under load. Running 1080p games on max settings at 144+fps. Pretty slick software layout.
