this thing gets pretty hot on the VRM's but other than that I don't have any problems with it.

I've read really good reviews on this board, I really liked the colors, and I frequently see it paired with the FX-8350. I have zero complaints.

Only 4 stars because of the locations of the chassis fan connectors.

ASUS, in opinion, is the premiere motherboard and this board had everything I needed at the time, USB 3.0 header on a AM3+ was not common a few years ago, and I am very pleased with this board. The onboard RAID is a bit simplistic but so far no issue.

Easy to install, and plenty of different connection points for various things.

Loads of settings and..... stuff that i've no idea what happens should I touch it lol. but a nice mouse driven bios, made my noobness able to tune up my ram and have a straight 3.5ghz boot. I used the Asus AI suite app to overclock further.

A good gaming MOBO with a great OC system! I would recommend this Mobo to anyone building a AMD FX serie Build

Looks wonderful, works great. Has plenty of ports and whatnot. Was completely plug-and-play on my Linux system. Had to push it up a bit against the I/O shield to get the screws lined up. The BIOS has lots of settings and is pretty. 10/10.
