Failed after just six months due to galvanic corrosion and gunk buildup. I've added photos to my build that show the corrosion and gunk clogging the system. There are several similar reports (google), so it seems to be more than just bad luck.

Keeps 1950x cool under 100% load, is heavy and seemingly well built. Had difficulty screwing in the included fans not sure if it was me or the holes on the rail were slightly off.
Update 6/20/18 - CPU started thermal throttling and then eventually crashed, went on Newegg and discovered people were having lots of issues with this cooler dying due to corrosion or evaporation. The bearing on two of the fans went bad in this time period too. Replaced with the 140mm Noctua cooler which seems to be working great till I get parts to water cool.

4 stars for the original performance. The included fans were loud and I replaced those with Noctua's, which was a big improvement. 1 star for the fact that it failed very early on, like it did for so many others. Enermax was kind enough to send me their version 2 at no cost to me, and didn't ask me to send back the original. That one is still unopened as I switched to the air cooled NH-U14S TR4-SP3 which has been a very good product without the same fear as a water cooler. When I upgrade CPU's I may give the new one a shot.
