I got this sucker for 20$ from a friend. They gave me the deal because it was used and I agreed to put some games for them on it. There are much better 1tb hard drives for cheaper, and this one feels like slug speed compared to my SSD.

Works well, no freak outs yet, has all my "eh" stuff on it.

Arrived without a box, in a flimsy bag. It started clicking on power-up. The OS could not write itself to the drive. I had to go to Best Buy and purchase a Western Digital HDD to finish my build. I'm not giving any credit to a broken HDD.

Not the quietest storage device--a throw-back to my first computer really--but it has a lot of space. Not much to say otherwise, but I was surprised with the speed it had for an old-fashioned HDD.

Works great as secondary storage drive but is very noisy. Bought mine refurbished which could be part of the issue. Does take several seconds to spin up after it's powered off. As I said it's really loud. I have a 3TB WD blue drive and it makes almost no noise. I've been pretty wary of the drive and haven't put any important data on it for fear of it dying at any moment.
