Never seen things transfer so fast on any drive before. It's Great!

Had this for a while now and no problems as the main OS drive.

Again, I was blown away when I tried it for the first time. The PC literally starts in less than 5 seconds, after the POST time. In order to keep it performant, this drive is totally clean and has only Windows 10 installed on it. All my games/software are on other drives

Blazing fast drive. I haven't really tried pushing it yet with video editing or anything but it certainly keeps up with everything else.

Super fast, super hot. I bought an alphacool passive cooler to get down the temps a little, to prevent throttling and to get rid of the upside down sticker.

By now we've seen the release of the Samsung 960 PRO, which addressed the one issue I really have with NVMe drives in general: heat. This drive easily overheats causing crashes and data dumps. Regardless of that, the 950 is still a solid performer in all marks of SSD data transfer and storage. No crashes for me so far, but I wouldn't doubt heavy application use would cause a freeze up.

First time messing with M.2, so I did a lot of reading… boy these are fast! Windows 10 installs just fine on it but the Microsoft nvme drivers are crap. Quickly install the Samsung NVME drivers for a 10x speed boost. Windows 10 installed in under 10 minutes, and could have been faster if I didn't dilly dally mouse-clicking through the install screens.

I was thinking about getting a second stick for RAID but I would be losing a lot of SATA ports, along with not having a whole lot of storage. I will instead wait for the prices to drop on these in a couple of years and increase capacity that way.

Fast lil guy. Booting on a Xeon is even fast.

This thing is BLAZING fast. I can barely stand to sit in front of an older computer with the OS on a traditional HDD. This M.2 SSD will spoil you, and you'll never be the same computer user again when you boot from this NVMe Drive. Absolutely worth the money... every single penny!
