from completed build For a loving Grandad

Cheap motherboard, basic features, nothing more to say. Didn't need anything more than the bare minimum, so the motherboard was a good choice. Slightly weird fan header placement!

Gets the job done, with no frills. Wish it had a front panel USB3, but it's not a problem. Suggested for anyone who wants the bare essentials for a Haswell build.

from completed build Ultra Budget HTPC/LAN Machine

Super basic mATX LGA 1150 board. It has very limited functionality but it does what I ask it to do (Netflix and chill, mostly). Once I upgrade my main rig, this along with the Pentium chip will be replaced by my i5 4690k/z97 combo.

Barebones AF but it gets the job done, this MOBO has lasted me for 4 years no problems

    from completed build Old Build

Has an easy UEFI to go through. Has everything I need. Except usb 3.0 headers. But it's fine.
