The king of budget m.2 ssd, very nice not to have to worry about sata cables.

Excellent value, a bit slower than the 970 Evo Plus, but as for a static data drive it's still significantly faster than standard SSD or mech HDD.

Really, really fast boot drive for Windows 10. No problems.

Not as fast as the 970 Evo but what do you expect for $130.00, still works great and saves me some sata cables.

This drive's write speeds and random read speeds degrade as it fills. Large file copies from another drive (mechanical or SSD) will slow down after the SLC cache is full. It’s kind of like having a whole terabyte of circa-2010 MLC. On the other hand, this drive is large enough to be the only storage device in my system. I've completely removed SATA, AHCI, and mechanical drives, which I think is kind of cool.

Great deal off Google Express, I could not pass it up. Excellent space (1tb) and was so simple to install and put Windows on.

Having only the WD hdd in my pre-built originally, I wanted to find a storage solution that will be discreet, small, quick, and reliable. I discovered the Intel 660p when searching for what is to be IMO the best value M.2 drive - one that gives me quick write speeds all while not hurting my wallet too much. For what it is, it performs beautifully and transitioning from a traditional HDD to a M.2 drive was like night and day. Granted, it is built with the slower technology of storage memory, so transferring large files over an extended period of time does yield slower transfer speeds. Regardless, I can still recommend this drive to individuals looking to upgrade from a HDD.

Never thought I would say my SSD was my bottle neck. But transfering files from the SSD to M.2 is crazy fast 480M/Bs (again limited by the SSD). I would recommend getting 2
