I was originally trying to source the white version of this case, but gave up after such limited availability in Australia.. But, now that I have it fully built I am still very happy with black! The case was Super User-friendly! It helped deliver a great end result with Front of house cable management, and I much preferred the GPU cables going to the back of the case rather than to the bottom. The tool-free HDD drive bays are super easy and sturdy once installed. The thumb screws seem a little bit flimsy, but once tightened they do the trick just fine. The inner sound dampening layer on the inside of this case seems to make a good differennce as the case runs at such a quiet volume.

This was great for a first time builder, everything fits nicely with plenty of wiggle room. I love that you can buy an additional RGB strip that matches the outside of the case lights. The RGB colors aren't too customizable, only a few color options but still really nice to have. Comes with 2 case fans. Looks sleek.

This was the hardest part of the build to choose. I had the NZXT s340 Elite preordered, but the ship date kept getting pushed back. I canceled that and spent 3 straight days agonizing over what case to get. I wanted a square black box with a window and finally settled on this case. I absolutely love it. The fan controller feature is awesome, the LEDs look great and this case is near silent. As a first time builder, I appreciated how easy it was to build in. My only gripe was the instructions that came with the case, but I found some better ones on the Phanteks website.

I love it becasue it looks awsome, it is great for the price, has really good dust proofing, is extremly easy to build and cable manage. It is not as silent as I expected it to be and the most annoying thing I experienced is that the front mic plug doesnt work with steam for some reason. That might be steams fault though. Another flaw is the side window is easy to scratch and is a dust magnet from the outside. All things considerd, I would still buy it at this price again.

I really don't go with fancy colorful and aggressive looking case.I was looking for the sleek, modern and simple design case. Phanteks P400S is my perfect choice for the build.Cable management friendly case, lots of room so that you can just tuck all of your cables behind the back panel.Plus, lots of space if you guys wanna go with custom water cooled PC.

This case is a very good case but it's just not for me. The case itself it amazing, good build quality, painted inside, rubber garments, PSU basement, 2 2.5in SSD/HDD mounts and 2 3.5in HDD mounts in addition to a removable piece of metal that allows a triple 120 rad to be installed in the front. Sounds great right? Why the 3 stars? I took one star off because of the amount of accessories there are. If you want more HDD room you have to buy special brackets, there's also a LED strip header in the case but the strip is sold seperatly for 20-30 USD. Lastly I took another star off(almost took 2) for the top radiator mount. You can install a 240mm radiator in the top of this case, but there is a very very good chance unless you use a slim rad and slim fans there will be clearance issues with your motherboard or RAM. Overall, it's not that bad so long as you never need to watercool in it, unfortunately I can't recommend this case because of that.

All the reviews for this case make it seem like it's perfect, especially for it's price. The downsides of not being able to top mount a radiator dont apply to me as i dont have any plans to ever go water cooling.

As for noise, im somewhat disappointed, the rubber grommets in the front dont stop mechanical HDD vibrating hum, as the front of the case touches the desk and it doesnt have any rubber on it. So i took some tiny pieces of noise dampening material i had that was sticky and put it under it.

And fan noise can sometimes sound like you took a bunch of fans and stuck them in a plastic garbage can. Think i prefer an open air case with soft fan noise to this, and all my fans are at the lowest speed, the 3 corsairs and the 2 phanteks that came with the case. My previous case a CM Elite 431 Plus.

Still need to order the 1m phanteks LED strips.

Beautiful case with side window and front bottom RGB LEDs. I love that the PSU is covered from the window side and hides most of the cables giving a cleaner look. Additional internal LED strips can be added which is what I did. Has filters round the front and bottom, optional at the top. Only minor thing is I found the cable management slightly difficult with the bulky non-modular PSU, but that might be just me.
