Very good performance for the cost. Also stays pretty cool considering it's in an unmodified Raijintek Metis.

Super nice GPU. Great 1080p performance and can be picked up around $180 in great used shape as of July 2016.

While one died on me, thank god Microcenter replaced it for me, the card stays quiet during normal web usage and starts to get loud during gaming, understandable.

Despite the 3.5 GB controversy, I still decided to get this card and I have not been let down yet. It runs every game I play extremely smoothly, and it also has the revised ACX 2.0 cooler design, so that's nice.

actually it's a compromise between money and performance.

I actually love these cards in SLI nice temps and I haven’t had any issues. I would recommend these all day for a 1080p Build.

Great card for the price. It's been able to take everything I've thrown at it full force. I was worried the blue continued onto the side, but it's actually very clean looking with nice silver and black lettering.

I pulled this out of my computer since I upgraded to a Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070

I was perfectly happy with 2x 660 in SLI, except when SLI was not supported by certain titles. I will never use SLI again. This 970 performs better, more consistent and has twice the VRAM.

from completed build NanoS - First ITX Build

Originally I had purchased a EVGA GTX 960 FTW for this build. I used it for about a month and decided I wanted a little more power. Through EVGA's Step Up Program, I was able to trade my 960 in and pay just the difference between the models and get the GTX 970 SSC instead. I am so glad that I did. This thing is a monster when it comes to gaming at 1080P. All games are maxed out at 60FPS with ultra settings. Currently I play Fallout 4 and Witcher 3 both on ultra. I couldn't be happier with this card.
