The fx-6300 has enough PCI-E lanes to power both 270x's (one 16x and on 8x) and judging by your budget you playing at around 1080p and this system will power through all new games at max settings like butter.

This has an SSD, which will make boot and load times instantaneous.

It also has an i5, which will keep the whole PC cool (and therefore the GPU can be OC) and can crush the FX-6300.

And the R9 280 can basically wreck any game at 1080p. Crossfire won't double (or sometimes even raise by 50%) your performance so make sure to balance your build.
