Depending on your budget but seems great to me :)

Yeah, I really wouldn't want to pay any more than this. Out of curiosity, how well would it run these games? www.ffxivinfo.com/systemreqs.php www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:System_Requirements http://store.steampowered.com/app/236430/ http://store.steampowered.com/app/8930/

These are pretty much what I'm buying this PC for, so I want to make sure that I can run them pretty well.

This is a good build. I would suggest getting a geforce (probably gtx series) graphics card instead of a sapphire graphics card as they're generally better. Also it might be worth spending another $20 on getting an intel core i5 cpu, as its slightly better than amd, especially if you want to overclock it which makes it faster. If you are to overclock it, you should get a liquid cpu cooler which is around the same price as you're current one.

What's a good liquid CPU cooler? And what kind of games would it run really well? Sorry for all the questions. I am VERY new to the PC gaming community.

Also, what would be a good Geforce GTX for the same price as the Saphire?

Geforce is better? The only Nvidia card at the same price is the 760, and it gets destroyed by the 280.

Felix318 1 point 54 months ago

And it would run games very well :)

A good liquid cpu cooler is a corsair H80i. And if you use that, a good graphics card would be a http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43765kr or maybe a http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-n7602gd5ocitx if your willing to spend another $10 or so

Okay, great. I'm going to order all my parts on cybermonday, so hopefully I'll get some pretty good deals.

hah mITX cards. Atleast they'll do the job!

Ian_H. submitter 1 point 54 months ago

I'm on a budget.

that means nothing to me in reference to the comment I made.

Ian_H. submitter 1 point 54 months ago

Well, it sounded like you were referring to it as an under-performing component, and since I'm on a budget, I don't really have much of choice. Sorry for any misunderstanding....

Ian_H. submitter 1 point 54 months ago

I think I might go with the MSI. Would that be a good choice?

Yep
