I would change the motherboard to an asus or a gigabyte as they are much more reputable company's and there customer service is better by tenfold

If you like AMD, then why an intel cpu? Also you could switch out the cpu for a non-overclockable version, where u wouldn't even need an extra cpu cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116895&cm_re=intel_i5-_-19-116-895-_-Product

The only reason why I choose Intel for him is because he has a YouTube channel and does editing and Intel has better performance in those areas
