It's actually a budget build lol.

The only reason for a high end gpu and other components is free CPU.

I personally would go with the sniper ram so it matched my colors, plus its pretty low profile, so when you upgrade to that 4790K that wants to be in the build eventually you have room for a big cooler lol.
