For motherboard go for ASRock Extreme 4 or Asus P8Z77-V LK

Change your motherboard as vlad007 said. I also would get a bigger psu, one that is in the 600w range.

Get a samsung 840 250GB for around the same price as that V4, it's much better.

EDIT: And perhaps get a slightly better case. Also, for CAD work and whatnot do you need an IPS panel?
